Legally Binding Contract

Welcome to Brisbane Hire Hub (A.B.N. 91 247 541 385). It is required that you (renter) must
read all Terms and Condition before renting a garment.
The Terms and Conditions are a binding legal contract between you and Brisbane Hire Hub.
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) contain information and policies regarding your rental
of any of our garments from Brisbane Hire Hub. You agree by renting from Brisbane Hire
Hub is subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Damage on Arrival

If there is any damage to your garment when it arrives, please notify us as soon as possible
and send images of the damage/s. If this is not done and the garment was not damaged
before delivery, it will be assumed that you were the cause of the damage.

Delivery

Postage is charged at an additional $28 per order which includes the garment and
a pre-paid return satchel.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree to return the garment in the pre-
paid return satchel the following day after your event/the final day of the rental period
by 12pm. This is to ensure garments with a short turn around time can be posted the
next renter in time for their event. If the dress is not returned by this time, you will be
charged with late fees.

Damaged Items 

If the garment is returned with any damages (rips, stains), the bond fee will be
retained by Brisbane Hire Hub to cover the cost of repairing the damage.

Whilst fake tan is allowed to be worn whilst wearing the garment, we ask you to make
sure your fake tan is fully washed off to prevent any stains and transfer of fake tan. If
in case the garment is stained with fake tan do not try to wash it.

Lost Items

Customers are responsible for the full cost of replacement if an item is lost, stolen or
damaged beyond repair. This is relevant regardless of whether the loss, theft or damage was
caused by user error. Brisbane Hire Hub will calculate the dress’s replaceable worth by
factoring in the rental cost already paid by the customer, the dress’s condition, its market
demand and the ease with which it can be replaced. In addition to the rental fee, customers
may be charged an additional 100% of the RRP.

Late Return Fees

All customers must comply with the Late Fee Policy set in place. Brisbane Hire Hub relies on
you (renters) to return items within the rental period, otherwise you will be granted with a fee,
that increases per day.
A garment returned after the agreed rental period; a fee of $20/day will be charged to you.

Refunds

Once an item has been paid for we have a strict no-refund policy. If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately. A credit note/change of date may apply for unusual circumstances, this is at the discretion of BHH. Credit notes are valid for 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. You may be required to provide proof of your circumstances. Postage fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. 

Cleaning and Stains

Brisbane Hire Hub prices include basic dry cleaning of the garment; it does not cover stains
caused from fake tan and alcohol stains. Prior to returning your garment, please contact us if
the garment has been stained or damaged in any way, as you will be charged with extra
cleaning fees or replacement of the full RRP of the garment if necessary.

Sizing

Once the garment has been posted or received, the client does not receive a refund
if the garment does not fit or if there are cancellations of the event.

If the garment is returned stretched and no longer fits the size of the dress, a fee will
occur. We ask you to make sure the garment is your correct size to avoid this from
happening.

No alterations of the garment should be made (pinning or hemming).

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, event cancellation, postage delays beyond our
control or clothing garment not fitting. Full refunds are only possible in the case of a double
booking, or cancellation notice 7 days before the scheduled date that the garment will be
delivered.
